When preparing for your family photo shoot, it’s important to coordinate your outfits for a cohesive look. Select a color scheme and use colors that complement each other. Avoid everyone wearing the same thing to look too matchy-matchy and logos. Some should be in patterns, while others should be in plain colors. Consider the location you’re taking photos, the time of year, your skin tones, even where in your home you plan to hang these photos. Lay out everyone’s outfit next to each other (if you can) beforehand to see if there’s a nice flow.
