Point Pleasant Summer Wedding

Samantha & Luke celebrated their “I do’s” at the elegant Crystal Point Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, New Jersey on a perfect sunny day surrounded by close friends and family.

The two wed at St. Peter’s Church where Samantha grew up, opting for a “First Touch” instead of a “First Look” that was both sentimental and unique. After they officially tied the knot, they were greeted by a bubble exit leaving the church that made for some of my favorite photographs!

The beach loving pair soaked up the waterfront scenery at nearby park on the Manasquan River for their portraits before taking some on the gorgeous grounds of Crystal Point. Samantha lit up the room in a beaded Justin Alexander gown and her bridesmaids matched the setting perfectly in sea glass dresses. Luke wore a Chazzmatazz tuxedo and matching white bowtie while his groomsman also sported their light blue.

It was the quintessential Jersey Shore wedding – from the Adirondack chairs cake topper to the creative seating chart Danielle Seals Events designed that displayed names and table numbers on NJ beach badges under the tagline “Our Love is a Shore Thing!”

Their Love Story

Samantha & Luke met by chance at the Point Pleasant Beach train station on their way up to a night out in Asbury Park. Luke was with college friends who mutually knew some of Samantha’s high school friends. They connected and clicked right away and as they say, the rest was history! The two got engaged in Cape May at one of their favorite spots to visit together. Luke proposed on the beach in front of the lighthouse. Together, they love going on fun adventures, especially ones that involve the water like boating and even scuba diving!
