A Picturesque Hoboken Engagement

On a beautiful summer evening, Isabel & Ethan and I walked through the riverside city of Hoboken, NJ to capture their engagement photos before becoming husband and wife!

We started at the Hoboken train station terminal, venturing into the historic portion that’s now used as a ticket station and waiting room. The building is very unique and was constructed back in 1907! I can only imagine how many different people passed through there.

We then walked over to one of the last cobblestone streets in the city and ended with the gorgeous view of the NYC skyline. Isabel wore a linen white sweetheart midi-dress before changing into a short blue number! Ethan wore a blue polo with khaki pants, before switching into white – the two were perfectly in sync.

I & E met on Hinge and funny enough found out when they met that they lived in the same apartment building! Talk about a small world!

Ethan proposed in an intimate matter, with just the two of them in their condo in Jersey City. He told Isabel that he was packing for their weekend home to visit her parents so when Isabel came rushing home after teaching a pilates class, you can imagine her surprise when she walked into jazz music and a romantic set-up. They enjoyed their special moment together and then went to a brunch (organized by Ethan!) with both of their parents to celebrate!

Congrats, Isabel & Ethan! I can’t wait to capture their wedding next December at David’s Country Inn!
