Barnegat Light Family Photos

I’ve spent my summers on the Jersey Shore since, well, I was born here! It is my favorite season for a reason. I love the beach! Beach portrait sessions are my specialty in the summertime. I can’t tell you how many times a week I come home with sandy toes from taking so many pictures of beautiful families and couples down by the water. I have been photographing Samantha and her lovely family for a few years now and I was excited to capture them at a beach near and dear to their new home. Old Barney is an icon to Long Beach Island and if you haven’t gone up it I suggest you make it a date. It’s on the northern tip of LBI and the surrounding area makes for a serene sunset stroll. Golden hour here is my absolute favorite – just look at how joyful this little family looks in its warm rays!
