SUNRISE BEACH PROPOSAL
No better way to start the day than… engaged!
With the help of his sister, James organized the most beautiful sunrise beach proposal to his sweet girlfriend, Samantha. Rose petals lined a path in the sand to some festive balloons and a candlelit “Marry Me” letter sign.
It was a very early day – I woke up at 5:30 a.m. eek! – to get down to Sea Girt beach in time for the 7 a.m. event. But boy was it b-e-a-utiful for a November morning! Like, seriously. I couldn’t believe it. Pink skies, temperature above 50 degrees… talk about feeling grateful!
Originally, we were going to do the shoot in the afternoon, but as soon as James had the ring in his pocket, he was ready to go (hey, I don’t blame him!). Luckily, an early morning beach stroll wasn’t hard to convince Samantha to do since her adorable dog, Rudy, gets up early everyday to walk. Rudy was too cute and kept wanting James to throw the ball for him our whole shoot! It was so funny, and of course he was included in many photos.
I’m so obsessed with the golden, pink skies of these photos, and just how cute these two look together. If you can swing it (and you’re a morning person), I highly recommend a sunrise proposal for beautiful skies, less crowds, and the most amazing start to your day.
