Asbury Park, New Jersey

There’s something incredibly special about an engagement session that perfectly encapsulates a couple’s energy and style. For Bri and Jared, Asbury Park proved to be the quintessential backdrop – a vibrant and endlessly charming location that beautifully mirrored their fun-loving and authentic connection.

I had a blast wandering through Asbury Park with these two, strolling past the iconic Wonder Bar and capping off the night with martinis at Asbury Distillery! From the colorful murals to the historic architecture and, of course, the quintessential boardwalk, every corner offered a new opportunity to tell their story.

Bri and Jared first crossed paths in college, introduced through mutual friends. Jared lived in what they affectionately called “the hockey house” with Bri’s friend. They started out simply hanging out, building a foundation of friendship before their relationship blossomed into something more – a testament to a truly natural connection!

When proposal time came, Jared planned dinner one night at one of their regular favorite spots, 2nd Jetty in Sea Bright (one of my hubby’s faves too!). Before heading in, he suggested a walk onto the beach to admire the beautiful sky. Little did Bri know, he had a hidden photographer ready to secretly capture the magical moment he got down on one knee!

I’m incredibly thrilled to continue this journey with them as they head towards their wedding day in spring 2026 at the stunning Crystal Point Yacht Club in Point Pleasant, NJ.
