Lauren & Stephen tied the knot in a beautiful little church in the bride’s hometown just outside of Northeast Philadelphia. The rain held out, but the tears and laughs did not. I cannot get enough of the pops of color in their florals and in the foliage all around them in general!

WEDDING DAY

What a gorgeous time of year to marry the one you love. (Can everyone get married in October?! Kidding). Their wedding ceremony took place just days before Halloween, but the couple was holding out for a few months later to host their reception due to the pandemic.

Lauren’s style was all out glam. Her Gatsby era dress style detailed with beads matched her strung pearl clutch in such a classy way. The ruby red carnations, bursts of orange roses and elegant greenery were the icing on the wedding cake.

When we got to the church, I immediately fell in love with the look. There is something so romantic about old churches! Like a fine antique. You can’t NOT have a beautiful photo shoot of a sweet couple in front of it. We lucked out with the autumnal beauty – and found a fabulous fiery tree filled with foliage for what seemed like just for us (it was probably the last week this could happen with the leaves!). It became the backdrop of many a photo, as well as the creamy white concrete of the building.
